The K-08AS A-Type Stackable Shipping Rack is a versatile shipping solution designed primarily for insulated glass (IG) units, while also accommodating other panel-type products such as doors and windows. Its A-type design allows panels to be stored on both sides, maximizing capacity and improving shipping efficiency. All dimensions are fully customizable, allowing the rack to be tailored to specific product sizes and shipping requirements.
The rack features a durable base and backing made from gap tubing with custom extruded plastic or rubber inserts, providing reliable protection for products while allowing worn inserts to be easily replaced. For logistics efficiency, empty racks can be stacked on top of each other during return shipments. Optional stacking arms allow fully loaded racks to be safely stacked as well, further reducing freight costs. The K-08AS can also be equipped with crane hooks for lifting by crane, making loading and unloading faster and more flexible.
